Primarily made with a single clone Sangiovese di Lamole variety and with small amounts of Canaiolo and Ciliegiolo grapes. It is a well balanced wine, with a vibrant colour and fragrances of cherry and plums. The colour and flavor resemble more robust wines and can be paired with most foods, including pasta with red sauce, meat and aged cheese.
